1. Terms and conditions of return - excerpt
The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts.
Products that are the subject of orders concluded online, except for those mentioned below in the Exceptions to the right of withdrawal Section (products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized), can be returned, without invoking any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt thereof; before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO no. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he enters into physical possession of the product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of art. 16 letter c) of GEO no. 34/2014, products made according to the specifications presented by you (e.g. measurements and/or color, etc.) or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal/return.
The product will only be replaced if it is defective, damaged or requires resizing through KALINKAFURS's fault.
In the case of legal entities (they do not have consumer status), we reserve the right to accept or not the return of products.
We will make the refund to your bank account. If we do not have your bank account, we will ask for your bank account to return the price to. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund. If you are a Romanian tax resident and your bank account is not in RON, the exchange rate difference will be borne by you. Also, if the bank account is opened at a foreign bank, the fees and bank charges will be borne by you.
If we have sent the products to you and you have cancelled the order, we may postpone the refund until we receive the products back.
If we do not receive back the products related to the cancelled order, we have the right, but not the obligation, to collect them from you for a fee.
You will return the goods related to the cancelled order to KALINKAFURS – Bulevardul Apicultorilor no. 70-72, Bucharest, Sector 1, 0743080070), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.
When you return it, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, without stains, tears or other defects. It must be accompanied by the original, intact label, in the original packaging, which contains the item's identification code. Items must be returned unused and with all KALINKA labels still attached and with the seal unbroken (if the products have any seals applied). Where provided, tapes and any KALINKA packaging elements, such as authenticity labels, dust bags and leather tags, must be included in the return. If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, when you return the products you must also return the gifts.
Returned products that are used or damaged or dirty or without tags or with broken seals (where seals are applied) cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense, with a refund being refused.
The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
We also inform you that before refunding any amount of money, the returned product will be inspected to verify that it presents all the characteristics of the product. If it is found that the returned product does not present all these characteristics, the return of the respective product will be refused, you will be informed of the reason for the refusal and the product sent by you will be returned to you, at your expense.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are repeatedly returned.
2. Return costs
All return costs (e.g. shipping costs, customs duties, and any other taxes levied by the country from where or to which the products are returned, etc.) are borne by you. If we are required to pay customs duties or any other taxes levied by the country from where or to which the products are returned, their value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If their value is higher than the value of the product, we cannot be required to take over the product and complete the return process, or we cannot be required to refund the price paid for the product until you pay all these taxes.
The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14 paragraph 3 of GEO 34/2014.
3. Used or damaged or non-conforming products
In cases where the returned products are used or show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returned products that are used or damaged or dirty or without tags or with broken seals cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you, and a refund will be refused.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in the event of abuse (repeated returns).
Payment method:
Items ordered on www.kalinkafurs.com can be paid for in the Cash on Delivery option, i.e. to the courier or by card directly on the site.

We (Kalinka Furs) own and have the copyright to our website and all of its contents. You will not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, display, transmit, distribute, sell, transfer or modify any of the content, data, information or materials found on our website, except after obtaining the written consent of the representative of our company. Delivery and transportation fees:
The delivery time by express courier is approximately 48 hours, calculated from the date of receipt of your order, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. This time is indicative and may be modified for reasons beyond our control.
The displayed prices and additional expenses/taxes are calculated with value added tax (VAT) included.
The Express Courier Shipping Fee is:

Delivery is made exclusively by express courier company.
On the day your package is shipped, you will be contacted by a Kalinka Furs representative. Products are delivered within the limits of available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified. The responsibility for any damage caused to the product, parcel or package sent by us lies with the courier company or carrier in accordance with the legislation in force. The products will be replaced by us if the courier's fault is proven and we will be notified in a timely manner.
Final provisions:
You may not assign, delegate or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our site after any modification to these Terms appears will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. You should review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our site after any modification appears will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. These terms and conditions, as well as your and our compliance with them, are governed by Romanian law. If you bring any action in court related to your use of our site, our products and services or these terms, you agree to bring such action only in the courts located in Romania and only after notifying Kalinka Furs in writing.
