Product return form

Purchased products can be returned within 15 days from the moment the package was delivered by the courier, our company accepting the return of any unused product within this period. The return is initiated by completing the return form, having the possibility to choose one of the following options:

• Exchange for another product / another size
• The equivalent in money
• Product Modification/Repair

Returned products must not show signs of wear, stains or tears. To be accepted, the product label must not be peeled off or torn from the product. Return packages sent with cash on delivery by courier will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are not refundable. The cost of exchange or return will be borne by the customer, and in case of opting for cash, the amount will be returned by bank transfer within 15 days.

The package is sent to the company headquarters via any courier service.
